No. Nario Brothers does not guarantee a 100% refund after cancellation. Any refund available is determined by the cancellation terms and timing shown in your booking.
02Is the $250 security deposit returned?+
Yes, when the vehicle is returned according to the rental agreement and there are no eligible damages or additional charges. Release timing may vary according to the payment provider and your bank.
03What do I need for approval?+
You need a valid driver's license and a debit or credit card. Approval is designed to take less than five minutes after the required information is submitted, although additional verification may take longer.
04Can I pay in cash?+
No. Rental payments and the $250 security deposit are processed online using a debit or credit card.
05When can I pick up and return the vehicle?+
Pickup and return are available 24/7 through a secure lockbox. Vehicles are prepared between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM local time. Requests received outside that preparation window are scheduled for the next day.
06Do you deliver the vehicle?+
Yes. Door delivery costs $120 for eligible addresses within approximately 25 miles of Cinnaminson, including parts of South Jersey, Philadelphia and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
07Is daily rental protection required?+
Yes. A fixed protection charge of $12 per day applies. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions and claims are governed by the quote and protection documents issued for the booking.
08When does the $19.97 daily rate apply?+
The promotional rate starts at $19.97 per day and applies only to rentals longer than 6 months. Medium-term rentals of 1–3 months start at $29 per day and may reach $60 depending on the vehicle. Rates for 3–6 months are quoted according to vehicle and availability. All prices are starting rates; the current total is shown on the reservation page.
09Is the process completely contactless?+
Yes. The reservation and required information are completed online, and vehicle access is provided through a secure lockbox.
10What should I do after an incident?+
Prioritize safety, contact emergency services when needed and document the entire scene before leaving, whenever it is safe to do so.
- People and medical response: Confirm whether everyone is safe, whether anyone received medical attention or was transported, and the hospital name when known. Do not request private medical details.
- Photos and video: Photograph the rented vehicle, every damaged area, the other vehicle or property involved, license plates, debris, road conditions, signs, traffic lights and the wider surroundings.
- People involved: Record names, phone numbers and addresses when provided. Exchange driver's-license and insurance information and, with permission, keep clear copies or photos for the claim.
- Police information: Record the incident or police-report number, responding officer's name, agency or police-station name, telephone number and address.
- Towing or impound: If the vehicle is towed or held, record the towing company, driver's name, telephone number, destination or impound-lot address, reference number and receipt.
- Preserve every record: Keep the rental agreement, witness contacts, invoices, receipts, emails, messages and a written timeline of what happened. Notify Nario Brothers or UpCar promptly and follow the issued claim instructions.
